The role requires a technically skilled professional with mechanical or electrical expertise who can manage facilities services, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace across NatWest's Edinburgh Data Centre properties. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the key interface for all property-related projects, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance through helpdesk and supply partners, and actively managing day-to-day facilities services in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines at HNC level or a time-served apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
