Primary responsibilities involve identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks related to financial crimes such as Tax Evasion, Bribery, Corruption, Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Fraud. The role requires close collaboration with NatWest Boxed teams to provide specialist input on new propositions, products, services, and technological innovations.
Required experience includes deep financial crime knowledge, strong technical skills in ATE, ABC, AML/CTF, Fraud, and Sanctions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commercial awareness, industry knowledge, risk management principles, and the ability to define comprehensive control frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and complex communication skills are essential.
