Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years of finance operations experience, strong technical proficiency in SAP and financial systems, excellent understanding of US-GAAP, and advanced problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Italian (B2 level) is required, along with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
