Job description
NielsenIQ seeks an experienced Client Business Partner in Poland to build and maintain relationships with FMCG clients, deliver advanced services, and drive business growth through strategic insights and sales expertise.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining close business relationships with assigned FMCG clients, proactively expanding manufacturer cooperation through negotiations, understanding client needs, implementing business plans, tracking financial performance, identifying business needs, collaborating with analytics teams, delivering high-quality presentations, and representing NielsenIQ in external meetings and conferences.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales-oriented profile, highly developed interpersonal networking abilities, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with FMCG trends, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and fluency in business English and Polish. Candidates should demonstrate passion for developing their career in an international environment with curiosity and critical thinking.
