Job description
NielsenIQ is seeking a Client Partner to act as a liaison between clients, commercial teams, and operational departments. The role requires translating business needs into technical specifications, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational delivery of data and insights.
Primary responsibilities include ensuring regular execution of business-as-usual (BAU) deliverables, coordinating post-production checks, communicating with clients about potential delays or rework, attending operational quality reviews, and being accountable for delivering operational projects and product enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive client-facing experience, strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to understand end-to-end processes. Required qualifications include higher education, excellent relationship management skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication capabilities, and proficiency in Excel.
