Job description
NielsenIQ is seeking an experienced Customer Success Analyst who will support client relationships by analyzing sales data, creating reports, and delivering insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, marketing research experience, and excellent communication abilities in Romanian and English.
This role involves executing client support activities, including compiling and interpreting sales data, writing comprehensive reports, and constructing presentations that drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes.
Candidates must possess a university degree, 3+ years of marketing research experience, strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to independently design analysis strategies that answer complex client questions.
