NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success Generalist for Foxintelligence who will manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients, leverage data insights, and drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and platform expertise in the European market.
Primary responsibilities include being the expert and voice of Foxintelligence for e-commerce clients, dynamically managing client portfolios, and maximizing the potential of their SaaS platform by conducting data-driven analyses and providing strategic insights.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or market intelligence, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English and French, and possess strong collaboration skills with data analysts, product managers, and sales teams. Deep understanding of e-commerce challenges and commercial/marketing issues for brands and distributors is essential.
