Job description
NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Support Analyst in Zagreb to provide high-quality digital customer support, enhance customer experiences, and serve as a liaison between commercial teams. The ideal candidate will help drive customer satisfaction through expert communication and technical problem-solving in a global consumer intelligence environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing digital support via NIQ's Customer Service Online platform, creating AI-enabled customer experiences, managing client communications about product enhancements, building knowledge articles, and coordinating local and international sales requests across the NIQ global network.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience in client servicing or business analysis, native Croatian language skills, excellent English communication abilities, strong analytical skills, understanding of growth strategies, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis platforms.
