The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree or PhD in modeling and statistics, and expert-level statistical and machine learning modeling skills. Strong proficiency in Python or R is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex methodological approaches to diverse audiences and handle data challenges effectively.
