Job description
A client-facing role in a global consumer intelligence company, responsible for managing client expectations, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and supporting operational processes. Ideal for recent graduates with analytical skills and interest in market research and FMCG industry.
Serve as a critical link between clients and operations teams, translating client expectations into technical work orders, coordinating production teams, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction through active communication and proactive problem-solving.
Requires a master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Logistics with strong English communication skills. Must demonstrate ability to understand end-to-end operational processes, translate business expectations into technical specifications, and build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of FMCG industry market data are essential.
