This role involves working directly with clients to achieve satisfaction targets, providing in-depth consulting services, delivering insights and analytics, and conducting performance and business issue analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, transforming customer experiences, and owning end-to-end solution processes.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience, strong Business English and Hungarian language skills, excellent analytical capabilities, numeric and logical thinking skills. Required competencies include data exploration, problem-solving, independent and team-based work, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
