This role involves directly supporting clients by resolving their queries, minimizing ticket handoffs, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, consulting on platform usage, conducting market trend analysis, providing client training, and managing end-to-end query resolution processes across various internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess fluent Polish and strong Business English, well-developed analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to understand operational processes. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented attitude, and preferably some understanding of the local FMCG market.
