Job description
A junior analytical role supporting senior team members and Client Business Partners in the consumer insights industry. The role involves analyzing sales and consumer data, creating reports, and collaborating within an international analytical community. Ideal for recent graduates or students in business, marketing, or economics with strong numerical and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with project execution by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales and consumer data. Analysts will write client reports, construct presentations, summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs, and review data for errors and inconsistencies. The role involves setting up and refreshing cyclical reports and supporting Client Business Partners and Nielsen Local Teams.
Required skills include a university degree or final year student in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, and written presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Good written and spoken English communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting.
