Candidates must have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, or related industries. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and the ability to translate numerical data into clear insights are essential. Proficiency in English at C1 level is required, with additional European language knowledge being an advantage.
