Job description
A client-facing sales role within NielsenIQ/GfK focusing on building and managing relationships with retail partners, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through comprehensive consumer intelligence solutions.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning client relationships, prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring comprehensive delivery of GfK's market research and consumer insights services across retail partners.
Ideal candidates will have strong commercial skills, including ability to quantify market opportunities, understand complex sales propositions, manage CRM systems like Salesforce, perform white spot analysis, and execute contract negotiations with proven sales methodologies like Sandler or GAP negotiation techniques.
