Required experience includes a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business, minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, strong communication skills in Croatian and English, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and preferential SAP knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable with detailed financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory accounting processes.
