Job description
NielsenIQ seeks an experienced Panel Acquisition Specialist to find and manage panel members, enhance acquisition strategies, and ensure business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, project management, and financial analysis, with proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
The primary responsibilities include sourcing cost-effective solutions for panel member acquisition, establishing partnerships with global and local lead brokers, collaborating with internal procurement teams, developing social media campaigns, and monitoring acquisition phases to align with research goals. The specialist will be responsible for meeting KPIs related to panel size and demographics, ensuring accurate panel data, and coordinating with vendors.
Required experience includes a minimum of 5 years in marketing and project management, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex data. The candidate must have deep understanding of project and financial management tools, demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and German are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to senior stakeholders.
