Candidates must have experience in Retail/Tech & Durables/FMCG sectors, demonstrate strong business acumen, possess B2B sales experience, and exhibit an analytical mindset with excellent presentation skills. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in Belarusian/Russian and upper-intermediate English. A university degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
