Job description
A customer support role in NIQ's Customer Success team focused on providing digital support, enhancing customer relationships, and delivering market insights using data platforms and analytical skills. The primary responsibilities include providing digital support via NIQ's Customer Service Online platform, creating AI-enabled customer experiences, communicating product enhancements, building knowledge articles, and coordinating local and international sales requests to drive the organization's bottom line.
The role requires a bachelor's degree, preferably 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or market analysis, native Croatian language skills, strong English communication, understanding of growth strategies, ability to work independently in a digital environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic statistical knowledge.
