Job description
NielsenIQ seeks a highly skilled behavioral expert for their Data Science team to develop innovative consumer insights solutions. The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative environment, designing tests, assessing behavioral impacts, and generating actionable insights from complex consumer panel data.
This role involves designing and implementing test scenarios to improve data collection methods, panel management features, and panelist engagement strategies. Primary responsibilities include developing innovative approaches to understanding consumer behavior, creating incentive schemas, and evaluating the behavioral impact of new solutions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data cleaning, programming (Python), and the ability to handle complex behavioral research are essential. Experience with crowdsourced panels and consumer behavior research is highly valued.
