Requires a degree-level education, excellent English and Russian language skills, advanced computer literacy (especially MS Excel), strong understanding of FMCG markets, advanced analytical capabilities, and proficiency in using internet research techniques. Must have experience with data analysis, product research, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
