Job description
NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to manage and grow sales pipeline. The role involves qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and being the first touchpoint for potential clients. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while building relationships.
Primary responsibilities include continuously learning about NielsenIQ solutions, effectively pitching products to decision makers, qualifying inbound inquiries, conducting outbound prospecting via multiple channels, using various sales tools to identify potential clients, and maintaining accurate CRM records to generate qualified sales-ready leads.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, professional background in customer-focused high-growth environments, strong interpersonal skills, excellent research and problem-solving abilities. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems like MS Dynamics 365, sales platforms like SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and have bilingual (Polish and English) communication skills.
