Job description
NielsenIQ seeks an experienced statistical leader to drive innovation in consumer insights and analytics. The role involves managing international teams, enhancing methodological approaches, and developing advanced solutions for measuring consumer behavior through data-driven research and technological innovation.
Lead and define R&D for consumer product core methods, managing international teams with a focus on methodology enhancement, research analysis, and developing innovative solutions to address complex market challenges. Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to transform panel measurement business.
Requires a Master's Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with minimum 5 years experience, including 2 years team management. Strong statistical expertise is crucial, with proficiency in outlier validation, sampling techniques, bias reduction, and data aggregation. Candidates must demonstrate ability to handle complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and have extensive experience with consumer behavior analytics.
