Primary responsibilities include assisting in executing ongoing deals such as M&A transactions and strategic advisory, supporting senior bankers by generating strategic ideas, preparing pitch books, conducting data analysis, performing financial modeling and valuation, and managing project and client interactions.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Investment Banking or Transaction Services/Corporate Finance from a 'Big 4' accountancy firm or boutique advisory firm. Essential skills include mastery of complex financial modeling, attention to detail, ability to identify key issues, drive processes forward, and demonstrate excellent judgment in financial analysis.
