Job description
A 6-month contract role at Nomura Holdings for an Employee Relations Advisor in London, managing complex workplace issues and providing strategic HR guidance.
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role involves investigating and addressing workplace issues, supporting management in resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. A degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field is required, along with minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles.
