Job description
Nomura is seeking an experienced Solution Sales professional for their Global Markets division in Switzerland. The role involves originating and executing transactions for institutional clients, with a focus on developing client relationships and delivering complex financial solutions across various asset classes.
Primary responsibilities include originating and executing transactions for the Solutions business targeting Swiss Institutional Clients and Family Offices, leveraging a wide array of structured solutions including credit, rates, hybrid and equity solutions, and bespoke financing solutions.
Candidates must have strong experience in Solutions Sales across asset classes, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines, understanding client needs, and delivering sophisticated financial products. Essential skills include in-depth knowledge of structured products, financial markets, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
