Primary responsibilities involve establishing and developing relationships with Italian cash equity market participants, assisting traders in direct trading interactions, supporting trading desks' market understanding, developing participant profiles and reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance direct trading initiatives.
Required experience includes extensive cash equity institutional sales background, detailed knowledge of the Italian cash equity market, established professional network, experience from top-tier investment banks, strong selling capabilities, willingness to travel, and deep understanding of market regulations and trading rules.
