Job description
PJT Partners seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant in Munich to provide strategic support to the DACH team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced investment banking environment.
Primary responsibilities include acting as a gatekeeper for junior professionals, managing office logistics, coordinating calendars and meetings, handling communications, preparing presentation materials, arranging travel, and providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple professional teams.
Required experience includes 1-2 years in financial services, law firms, or private equity funds, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment.
