As an Associate, you will be directly involved in working with companies to evaluate, structure, and recommend financial and strategic alternatives. This includes supporting various types of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales, restructurings, and divestitures. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and be responsible for comprehensive transaction support.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience, with a particular focus on M&A transactions. A bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in French is mandatory. You will be expected to perform detailed financial analysis, conduct due diligence, participate in valuation processes, and assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
