Job description
PwC Greece is seeking an innovative Learning and Development professional to help transform their learning strategies. The ideal candidate will design cutting-edge learning experiences that enhance employee skills and drive organizational goals, focusing on creating memorable and impactful training programs.
As a Learning and Development professional, you will lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with company objectives. Your primary responsibilities include designing internal upskilling academies, creating diverse learning programs, managing L&D projects, and driving employee engagement through innovative learning interventions.
The role requires a strong background in instructional design with 6-8 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a large matrix organization. Candidates must demonstrate excellent project management skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to develop unique learning solutions that resonate with employees.
