Job description
PwC is seeking an Adobe Campaign Consultant to join their Customer Transformation practice in Milan. The role involves managing complex business transformation projects for major players in Fashion & Luxury and Retail sectors, focusing on digital marketing campaign management and customer journey development.
The role primarily involves managing and executing marketing campaign plans, coordinating campaign workflows from receiving client briefs to testing and activating campaigns across multiple digital channels. Primary responsibilities include daily management of marketing campaign plans, configuring campaigns using existing templates, developing new campaign templates, managing user permissions, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
Candidates are required to have strong technical skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), proficiency in CRM systems like Adobe Campaign Classic, data visualization tools like Power BI, and basic understanding of web development languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Basic knowledge of SQL, database management, and CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager is also beneficial.
