The role involves analyzing and redesigning financial processes, supporting senior executives, and contributing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
As an Associate in the Finance Transformation practice, you will participate in challenging business transformation projects for major players in Consumer Markets, Telco&Media, Energy&Utilities, and Automotive&Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and redesigning operational models, processes, and structures in management accounting and financial control areas, supporting CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize their financial function structures.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics and Management, be fluent in English, and have at least 1 year of professional experience. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, be technologically adept with advanced Microsoft Office skills, demonstrate resilience, have excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and be willing to travel for work assignments. Strong analytical capabilities and creative approach to complex projects are essential.
