In this role, you will actively contribute to redefining digital processes and services, focusing on major IT frameworks. You'll help clients understand their organizational culture and performance, improve internal IT governance, and participate in strategic project management across various client divisions.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, or Statistics, with prior experience in IT, IT Governance, Project Management, Help Desk, or IT Audit. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and English is required. Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or IT4IT are considered advantageous.
