In this role, you will be responsible for supporting shareholders and top management of client companies in solving complex business challenges. This involves conducting Financial Due Diligence for M&A transactions in the industrial sector, from potential transaction analysis to price negotiation and post-deal phases. Primary responsibilities include analyzing management, accounting, and financial data, monitoring profitability, working capital, debt, and cash flows, and identifying potential risks and opportunities in transactions.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Audit and Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Services, solid accounting competencies in Italian and International accounting standards (Italian Gaap and IFRS), advanced financial statement analysis skills, and familiarity with cash flow calculation and business valuation methodologies. A master's degree in Economics is required, along with excellent English language skills, digital mindset, and strong relational and communication abilities.
