As a Senior Associate in Transaction Services, you will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence across various stages of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing management, accounting, and financial data, examining EBITDA drivers, evaluating working capital, debt, and cash flows, and identifying potential risks and opportunities in complex business transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, possess strong accounting skills in international accounting principles (Italian GAAP and IFRS), demonstrate advanced analytical capabilities, and have experience with financial analysis software. A master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering, fluent English skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex projects are essential.
