This role involves applying technical expertise to solve complex accounting and structuring problems for clients across various industries, working in dynamic teams and delivering innovative solutions.
Primary responsibilities include advising clients on accounting, structuring, and capital markets perspectives in transaction and non-transaction scenarios, delivering innovative reports and presentations, coordinating input from different PwC teams, designing solutions for key transactions, and collaborating with senior company management and external advisers.
Required experience includes ACA Qualification, strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP, problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, excellent verbal and written communication, project management abilities, and willingness to work across different industries and challenging environments.
