Job description
PwC UK is seeking a Tax Manager in their Merger and Acquisition Tax practice who will help clients navigate complex tax obligations across various specialties. The ideal candidate will provide strategic tax consulting, analyze business transactions, and work with diverse clients ranging from multinational organizations to start-ups.
As a Tax Manager in Deals Tax, your primary responsibilities will include delivering bespoke tax advice for complex deals, developing client relationships, seeking specialist input from various tax teams, and actively participating in business development activities across different sectors.
The role requires candidates with an accounting or tax qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI, or equivalent), strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in negotiating and influencing others within a fast-paced commercial environment.
