PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager for their Financial Services Tax Deals team to work closely with financial institutions on complex tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will lead teams in delivering strategic tax advice and manage international projects for multinational financial firms.
The primary responsibilities include leading teams to deliver bespoke tax advice in a fast-paced international deals market, establishing client relationships, managing complex M&A transaction projects, and identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery through new technologies.
Required experience includes proven project management skills in M&A transactions, demonstrated ability to conduct due diligence and structuring, strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience working with diverse international teams and clients.
