PwC is seeking an experienced tax professional to join their Private Business team in Manchester. The role involves providing sophisticated tax advice to privately owned and Private Equity backed businesses, focusing on complex tax matters and developing strong client relationships.
The primary responsibilities include working closely with experienced Private Business Partners and Directors to develop new client relationships, identifying and pursuing market opportunities. Managers will own a diverse portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies, and develop significant market relationships across the firm.
Candidates must be ACA and/or CTA qualified with extensive tax knowledge and experience handling complex tax issues for various business types. Strong project management, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects are essential. Proficiency in coaching team members and using technology for managing client relationships is also critical.
