Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Conduct Risk Manager to support growth opportunities in their Banking Conduct team. The role involves driving technology-enabled risk solutions for retail banking clients, focusing on managing conduct risks and delivering optimal customer outcomes.
As part of the Banking Conduct team of over 50 UK members, you will drive strategic risk and regulatory changes in retail financial services. Your primary responsibilities will include developing technology-enabled client solutions that help financial institutions manage their conduct risks and create positive customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in retail banking, specifically in non-financial and conduct risk management. Strong technology skills, particularly in data visualization tools like PowerBI and Alteryx, are essential. You should have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, consumer credit practices, and the ability to design innovative risk management approaches.
