Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant with a facilities management background to work with corporate clients in the UK and support global PwC member firms. The role involves strategic advisory, project management, and business development in facilities management, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Primary responsibilities include providing strategic advice on FM strategies, delivery models, and market insights, advising on large FM procurements, evaluating tender processes, pricing models, and specifications, and guiding operating models, FM processes, systems, and technology implementations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management consulting or service provision, with strong technical knowledge of maintenance, engineering, soft FM, delivery models, and commercial understanding. Candidates must demonstrate financial and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
