PwC is seeking an experienced advisor in the Hotel and Hospitality sectors to join their Real Estate Lead Advisory team. This role focuses on providing strategic advice to clients, executing transactions, capital raising, restructuring, and business development activities in the hotel and hospitality industry.
This role involves managing high-profile projects in hotel and hospitality transactions, including day-to-day project management, client communications, advisory services for buy and sell-side transactions, and providing valuation and pricing advice across various hotel ownership and operating models.
The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of the hotel industry, significant experience in hotel transactions, be RICS qualified, possess strong financial and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, and have proven experience in business development, sales, and independent project management.
