Job description
PwC's Employee Incentives team is seeking a Senior Associate to help advise clients on employee share plans and cash-based incentives. This role involves supporting global companies in navigating complex tax and legal compliance requirements across employee incentive programs.
Primary responsibilities involve advising clients on end-to-end practical solutions for employee share plans, supporting global companies in meeting annual incentive plan tax and legal compliance requirements, and providing support through transactional activities like mergers and IPOs.
The role requires previous experience in employee share plans, strong communication skills, and professional qualifications like ACA/CTA or equivalent international experience. Candidates must be able to manage time effectively, deliver bespoke advice, and work collaboratively within a team.
