Job description
PwC's Banking Conduct team works with global banks on regulatory and business change programmes, focusing on risk and regulation. This role involves designing and implementing strategic changes to operating models, governance, processes, and controls across various banking domains.
Proactively assist in delivering business change and conduct risk transformation projects, managing multiple concurrent client programmes and reporting progress to senior managers. Lead complex technical challenges and help firms rethink their approach to risk and control.
Candidates must have extensive experience in financial services risk and control projects, preferably from a consulting, banking, or regulatory background. Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to develop effective working relationships, and provide insightful management information are crucial.
