PwC is seeking an experienced professional in accounting advisory with IFRS expertise to join their Assurance team. The role involves providing expert advice on financial reporting, developing solutions for complex financial reporting challenges, and collaborating on finance transformation projects.
As a key member of the Assurance department, the role involves providing expert advice on IFRS accounting practices, developing solutions for complex financial reporting issues, collaborating with internal teams and clients to lead finance transformation projects, and optimizing accounting and financial reporting processes including consolidation and reporting systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-8 years of experience in accounting advisory or audit focusing on IFRS, comprehensive knowledge of Belgian GAAP and IFRS, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proficient project management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial accounting software, data analysis tools, and familiarity with ERP systems is required.
