They are seeking an Analyst to join their dynamic team and work on prestigious transactions across various sectors.
As an M&A Analyst, you will participate in transaction projects involving sell-side and buy-side deals across industries like Technology, FinTech, E-Commerce, Renewable Energy, Transportation, and Industrial sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing transaction documentation, developing financial models, creating investor presentations, and actively participating in client and investor meetings.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of professional experience in Deals or advisory roles, with strong knowledge of M&A, Corporate Finance, accounting, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in English and Polish is required, along with a keen interest in M&A, Private Equity, and Investment Banking. Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and the ability to present complex information clearly are essential.
