The primary responsibilities include leading a team of Business Analysts, overseeing strategic platform development, acting as a product owner, defining product vision, participating in Scrum framework, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and collaborating independently with clients and internal stakeholders.
The role requires at least 8 years of professional experience in Product Owner roles, 5+ years in Project Management or Business Analysis, deep technical skills, extensive experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies, understanding of IT development processes, and proven ability to work in international environments with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
