This role involves acting as a key contributor to client engagements and internal initiatives by performing business analysis to identify potential gaps and process inefficiencies, defining business requirements, facilitating sprint planning, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. The primary focus is on supporting the Financial Crime Unit's clients in transforming their operational models and reducing complexity.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in financial services, business operations, or financial crime compliance, with proven ability to engage in business analysis, perform gap analyses, and produce executive-level summaries. Strong communication skills, structured analytical thinking, and ability to translate data into actionable insights are critical. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and understanding of financial services industry models are essential.
