Primary responsibilities include supporting leadership with administrative work, coordinating corporate diaries and itineraries, managing travel arrangements, handling expense management, providing personal assistant activities for local Partners, and taking an active role in Risk Management (KYC) processes. The specialist will also be responsible for issuing invoices, checking client data and contract validity, supporting engagement setup and data management systems, and managing working capital and accounts receivables.
Required experience includes confident communication in English and German (B2 level), initial experience of at least 1 year in a similar administrative domain, and service-oriented approach. Candidates should have a higher professional education in Commerce, Business Economics, Business Administration, or International Business Management. The ideal candidate will understand how billing and internal administrative processes are interconnected and take pride in their work.
