Participate in national and international Workday implementation, maintenance, and evolution projects for comprehensive Human Resources management. Responsibilities include gathering functional and technical requirements, configuring systems according to design decisions, conducting design workshops, validation, and demos.
Candidates must have an official B2 English certificate (B2 level), a degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar fields. No prior experience is required, but candidates should have a collaborative spirit, teamwork mentality, motivation, initiative, autonomy, communication skills, and basic Excel knowledge for data handling.
